For example, home or commercial decorators receive shipments from numerous suppliers of items ranging from furniture to carpeting to art pieces. If the home or office building is still under construction or renovation, these things should not be delivered to the site. But few decorators have enough storage space for these items. Our solution? Have the items shipped to our storage facility. We will inspect the shipments, sign for them on your behalf if they are in good order, store them safely, and then deliver them to your site according to your schedule.
Similarly, we often work with property managers and hotels that are ordering large quantities of specific items—perhaps replacement sofas, beds, bureaus, or other large bulky items. We will accept these shipments for you, store the items securely, and then deliver them to you at the right time in the renovation process.
